Webinars

All of our mental wellness webinars are rooted in resilience theory, empirically validated and presented by engaging speakers. They're one hour long, which includes 45 minutes of presentation time and then 15 minutes for a Q&A and discussion, but we're happy to shorten or lengthen them to fit your needs. Resilience Training for Leaders

We use a compass when we need to orient ourselves, identify where we need to go and choose what our next steps should be. We have created two resilience compasses that work in a similar way - providing guidance to help you get where you want to go by showing you the way. We have taken​ the best of all of the empirical evidence about resilience and ​distilled it into one proactive image and one reactive image leaders can use to guide them.
