Smokers' Helpline by Text is a mobile text service with support messages customized to a user's quit smoking date. Users can also text keywords for additional help when needed. Only Ontario residents are eligible for the program.

It was designed for those who are about to choose their quit date within the next 30 days or for those who have recently quit. Residents of New Brunswick are eligible for the program.
