Virtual presentations

Our resilience-based webinars, workshops and custom presentations provide your business, organization or school with powerful mental wellness information in an accessible way.

Providing timely mental health programming demonstrates that you recognize the challenges people are facing and that you're committed to overcoming them together. Creating psychological safety is a key way to support others through these times and we're here to help you do it.

All of our mental wellness webinars are rooted in resilience theory, empirically validated and presented by engaging speakers. They're one hour long, which includes 45 minutes of presentation time and then 15 minutes for a Q&A and discussion, but we're happy to shorten or lengthen them to fit your needs. If you don’t see what you’re looking for below, we’re also happy to create a custom talk for your team:
Hitting the Refresh Button in Year 2

Hitting the one year mark of the pandemic can (understandably!) trigger a variety of thoughts and emotions in us. As hard as it may be to face another year with COVID, this webinar explores the things we can do to help ourselves and one another keep going and try to minimize the negative impact on us. This timely webinar looks at:

  • Where you’re at now
  • Understanding your triggers
  • Setting & enforcing boundaries
  • Purging social media negativity
  • Taming Zoom fatigue
  • Creating joy & connection
  • When it’s time for help
  • Looking ahead
